The staff were polite, organized, and genuinely helpful. It just made the whole experience feel easy, which I always appreciate because, things can get a bit stressful when people aren’t on top of it. But they were really professional throughout.

The decor was nice and I liked the overall theme, but some parts looked a bit worn out. Not a huge deal, but they probably should’ve kept up with the little details better.

Overall it was good, but once the rain started, it kind of felt like we were just left to deal with it. I get that weather happens, but the backup plan seemed weak, and it put a damper on things for us.

The toilets were surprisingly good — clean, easy to find, and no bad smells at all. Visiting with kids can be stressful, and this made things so much easier. I only regret not checking sooner, because it would’ve saved us a bit of panic earlier in the day.

We took the kids to Santa’s Secret Forest and overall it was a pleasant day out. The elves were friendly and clearly making an effort to get everyone involved, which the children did enjoy, but I’d imagined it would feel a bit more magical and natural than it did.
A couple of the elf performers were great with the kids and really brought the experience to life, while others felt more like they were just working through a script. It wasn’t bad at all, and the kids left happy, but for the price I was expecting something a little more polished and memorable.

We took the kids in December and they had a good time, especially when they got to see Santa. The staff were friendly enough, and the whole place looked really cute and festive, so it did feel like a nice day out overall.

The main downside was that the pacing was all over the place. At some points we were standing around waiting, then suddenly we were being hurried along to the next bit. We also got a few inconsistent answers from different staff when we asked what was happening next, which was a bit frustrating. Still glad we went, but it wasn’t as relaxed as I’d hoped.

I’ve been really impressed so far. I’m the kind of person who gets a little anxious when plans aren’t clear, so quick responses definitely win me over. They’ve been helpful and easy to deal with before our visit.

We were hoping there’d be a bit more for the kids to do, but it felt limited, honestly. Maybe we missed something, but it didn’t seem like there were many activities to keep them busy

It had a really lovely atmosphere, very festive and cozy. The kids absolutely loved it, which was the main thing for us. It did get a bit crowded though, so at times it was kind of... yeah, a little hard to move around. Still a really nice experience overall.

We had a good time at Santa’s Secret Forest. The kids were into the whole setup, and it was a nice little day out overall. It felt mostly safe walking around, the staff we spoke to were chill, and the paths were easy enough to get around. It wasn’t too packed when we went either, which was a bonus.

The only thing that kinda bugged me was the supervision in a few areas. Some spots felt like nobody was really keeping watch or pointing people where to go, so I had to stay extra close to the kiddos. Not a dealbreaker or anything, just something they could defo improve.

We had a lovely couple of hours here, it was just the right amount of time, if that makes sense? The kids stayed happy the whole way through, which is always the real test, isn’t it? Nice little outing and I’d say it was well worth it.

Not gonna lie, the place was clean and tidy overall. The toilets were okay too, which was a plus. There were a few muddy spots here and there, but with kids running around and the weather, that’s kind of expected. Overall it felt well kept and I didn’t really have any complaints.

Booked it for the kids, really. Didn’t expect much for myself. But we had such a nice time. Staff were friendly, queues weren’t too bad, moved along fine. The whole place felt really Christmassy too. Lights, music, all of it. The kids were smiling pretty much the whole way round, which says enough. Would definitely go again next year.

We had such a sweet chat with Santa, and he was so kind and funny the whole time. My little boy went really shy at first, which is very like him when he’s excited and doesn’t quite know what to say, but you could tell he was absolutely loving it. Santa was really patient with him and kept the conversation going in such a gentle, fun way, so even though my son didn’t say loads, he was smiling and taking it all in. After it ended, he kept talking about it, so I know it made his day...

We had a really lovely day wandering around the forest. It’s a peaceful spot and the kids genuinely enjoyed exploring and stretching their legs. I did get the feeling some areas are kept a bit more “natural” so you don’t notice how little has been added for visitors, but it still made for a nice, easy outing.

Oof. The food and drinks were a bit too expensive for what you get. Fine overall, but the prices definitely stood out.

The kids were into some of it and it kept them interested for a good chunk of the time, maybe not every single minute, but enough that it felt worth it.

It looked like a fun outing for the family, but the ticket prices ended up feeling steep once all the fees were added. I thought it was going to be more budget-friendly based on how it was presented, but the final total didn’t really match that. We still booked it, but I really wish they had cheaper options for kids.
